This also means that, from March, the ASA will act on complaints about website advertising that would be ignored by the General Osteopathy Council (because they seem to only take complaints if you’ve been a patient) or the CNHC (who have decided they won’t take complaints about claims until they’ve mulled over the issues for a couple of years Reply
